HOW TO USE ME

Mix 1 scoop in 1250ml of chilled water. Consume 15 to 20 minutes before training. Do not consume more than 1 serving per day. Store in a cool, dry place below 25 degrees Celsius. Do not expose to excessive heat or moisture and consume within 60 days after opening.
