HOW TO USE ME

Mix one scoop in your beverage of choice (250ml) or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional. Cougar Juice works well with water, in a smoothie, with your post workout protein shake or with juice or milk. DO NOT CONSUME MORE THAN 1 SERVE PER DAY.
