Establish tolerance levels by mixing half a scoop (half serving) with 400ml of chilled water, 15-20 minutes prior to training. Alternatively, consume half a scoop(half serving) with 400ml of chilled water during the day, after food.

Consumers desiring a stronger dosage can progress to one full scoop (one serve) with 800ml of chilled water, 15-20 minustes 15-20 minutes prior to training. Alternatively, consume half a scoop(half serving) with 400ml of chilled water during the day, after food.
